Time for a big update!
Oh wow. It seems like forever since I wrote, but have no fear as I have been writing in my other blog. Its been a crazy time. Lets back up to uhmmm.. December.
December:
We picked up the boy (my fiance) little brother and sister to spend some time with us on the 19 until the time we went to south texas to go visit his other sister and his brother in law (which will soon be my sisters in law and brothers in law). Well that plan was kind of took a detour. We did bring them up to our place, but it was only for like 2 nights and 1 day. My Future parent in laws came and got them since my fi's little brother's godparents wanted to see them. It was fine with us.
Then we went to South Texas. I have only been in the city where my future sister in law and brother in law, through greyhound. It was all memories as we were going to the same town. For the record, I hate Greyhound!!
It was a good visit. I was introduced to phase 10. Best game ever! However, it sucks that when you have a big group playing (My SIL and BIL friends came over) and everyone just picks on you. Don't worry! I shall have my revenge! MWAHAHAHAHA.
Ok, so that came off as being a little evil.
January:
New Years eve I spent working and then going to the grocery store, while fi was working until 2 that morning. Yes I spent New Years eve by myself, but it was ok. I did get roses :).
And then this past week, we went on a double date with one of our friends. It was fun, dinner, movie and ice cream. Fun times.
Oh did I mention this was a long update?

A historical day for all.
Today is the inaguration of the 44th president of the United States. Who is that man? Why its Barack Obama, our first black president. Today is proud moment, not just for the blacks, but for everyone. On November 4, 2008, the citizen of the United States spoke for change and we got it. It seems so long ago since election day.
Who would have thought that this day would come. Now we overcome racial barriers, however, things will still be hard. He has open doors that was closed before. I hope that he has a prosporus 4 years and that he will prove his opponents wrong.
As I like to say, "Change is inevitable."
I wish I was in D.C. right now.
